A grand opening for the new Park and Ride facility at Hwy. 610 and Noble Parkway takes place from 6 to 9 a.m. The new lot is off 95th Avenue and replaces the former Park and Ride.
The new facility has more than 1,000 parking spaces with most of them in the new parking ramp. It also has heated spaces (not that we need them today) to wait for buses when it is cold.
New Route 768 will provide 21 express trips to Minneapolis each weekday morning between 5:30 and 9:30 a.m. Return trips will be offered between noon and 7:30 p.m. The lot is also served by Route 766.
