Lowry Hill Tunnel closes tonight for spring cleaning

The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the Lowry Hill Tunnel Monday and Tuesday nights for the annual spring cleaning and maintenance.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation will close the Lowry Hill Tunnel Monday and Tuesday nights for the annual spring cleaning and maintenance.

Both westbound and eastbound lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Motorists should follow the posted detours via Hennepin and Lyndale Avenues.
