If you're traveling northbound on I-35E through St. Paul on Wednesday, be aware that a lane closure will be in place between Pennsylvania Avenue and Maryland Avenue starting at 9 a.m.
The right lane will be closed in this location as work continues on the new northbound lanes of I-35E. The lane will re-open by 1 p.m.
The work is part of the I-35E Cayuga improvement project, which aims to reconstruct I-35E between University Avenue and Maryland Avenue, including replacement of the Cayuga Bridge, the Pennsylvania Avenue Bridge and the railroad bridges along I-35E.
