3M, Maplewood, named Sarah Grauze treasurer and vice president, finance effective July 1. Grauze joined 3M in 1990 and currently is assistant treasurer and finance director. Mairs & Power, St. Paul, named Kevin Earley lead manager of the firm's balanced fund. Earley joined the firm in 2013 as vice president, equity analyst and investment manager and worked for worked for Nuveen Asset Management. Mairs & Power also named Bob Thompson co-manager of the firm's balanced fund. Michaud Cooley Erickson, Minneapolis, named Eric Stelmack, Kerry Cooley Bruggemann, Jason Petermann, Jeff Clark and Greg Trende shareholders. Lombardi was general manager for Oklahoma City's Chesapeake Energy Arena, Boston's TD Garden and Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. AEG Facilities also named David Schmid assistant general manager, Target Center and Tom Reller regional director of operations. Accredited Investors Wealth Management, Edina, named Jamie Fritschel wealth manager. Fritschel was director of wealth planning for Windsor Financial Group and previously worked for Accredited. Hotel Landing, Wayzata, named Sarah Gunter director of operations. Gunter was director of operations for Westgate Hotel in San Diego and worked for Chambers Hotel and Marquette Hotel. The Waters Senior Living, Minnetonka, named Tami Kozikowski chief operating officer.
