It's becoming a quagmire on westbound 94 in downtown Minneapolis as a crash on the west end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel has one lane blocked and traffic coming to a crawl at Portland Avenue.
The activity on the ramp from westbound 694 to Victoria Street is a tow truck assisting a motorist who hit a light pole. The ramp is open, but use caution as you pass by.
Congestion is building on southbound 494 from 694/94 down to Hwy. 55. That is now a 10-minute drive.
