DEC. 7

Theft. A kayak and paddles were stolen from a yard on the 500 block of Broken Arrow Road.

DEC. 10

Fraud. A 19-year-old Excelsior man was arrested on the 7500 block of Dogwood Road for making counterfeit driver's licenses and receiving stolen property.

DEC. 17

Theft. A trailer valued at $2,000 was stolen from the 1400 block of Park Road.

EDINA

DEC. 17

Theft. A knife valued at $159 was stolen from Cooks of Crocus Hill, 3925 50th St.

DEC. 31

Theft. A wallet was stolen from a purse at Panera Bread, 3345 Hazelton Road.

JAN. 4

Underage consumption. A 13-year-old boy was cited for minor consumption of alcohol and a 12-year-old girl was cited for minor consumption of alcohol and possession of tobacco on the 2900 block of 66th Street.

MAPLE GROVE

DEC. 5

Theft. A 71-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for shoplifting at Party City, 12810 Elm Creek Blvd. N.

DEC. 12

Animal complaint. Horses running loose were reported on the 1700 block of Sunrise Circle.

MEDINA

DEC. 12

Animal complaint. Someone reported a dog being hit by a vehicle on the 1800 block of County Road 24. Officers located a dead coyote.

MINNETRISTA

DEC. 14

Drunken driving. Two men, ages 24 and 43, were arrested for snowmobiling while intoxicated on Tower Street after someone reported them driving recklessly.

DEC. 18

Drunken driving. A 26-year-old Watertown man was arrested for drunken driving after his vehicle went into a ditch at County Road 15 and Hickory Drive.

PLYMOUTH

DEC. 13

Theft. Candy and pop were stolen from two delivery trucks on the 10200 block of 51st Avenue N.

DEC. 16

Drugs. Two boys, both 16 years old, were cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a suspicious occupied vehicle was reported on the 3700 block of Union Terrace Lane N.

Curfew violation. Two 17-year-old girls were cited for curfew violations following a traffic stop at County Road 6 and Shenandoah Lane N.

DEC. 17

Fraud. A person from the 1000 block of West Medicine Lake Drive purchased a puppy over the Internet for $357. Phone calls were not being returned and the puppy was never delivered.

DEC. 24

Theft. Electronics were stolen from an apartment on the 2500 block of Lancaster Lane N.

DEC. 26

Burglary. A 21-year-old Eagan man was arrested for burglary at a home on the 4300 block of Harbor Lane N.

RICHFIELD

JAN. 11

Theft. Two vehicles and two motorcycles were stolen from a garage on the 7600 block of Knox Avenue S. The deadbolt lock was cut to gain entry to the garage.

WACONIA

DEC. 9

Underage drinking. Two 18-year-old females were cited for minor consumption of alcohol on the 200 block of 3 1/2 Street W. after someone complained that they were disturbing the peace.

WATERTOWN

DEC. 17

Theft. A snowmobile was stolen from the 600 block of White Street SE.
