The Rosemount Community Development Department has pulled together a variety of online resources to help people with ideas create or start a business.

Called a "virtual business incubator," it includes referrals to groups that can offer assistance and counseling, funding options and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs. There's also a list of 10 steps to start a business.

You can find the virtual incubator on Rosemount's website under "economic development" or at www.ci.rosemount.mn.us/incubator.
