Drug activity. A 43-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested by Bureau of Criminal Apprehension agents for possession of 25 grams or more of narcotics.

Theft. An 18-year-old Lakeville man was arrested in Apple Valley for trespassing and receiving stolen property.

FEB. 19

Burglary. A forced-entry burglary was reported in the 12700 block of Germane Avenue.

FEB. 21

Burglary. An 18-year-old Lakeville man was arrested in Apple Valley for burglary.

FEB. 22

Burglary. A 24-year-old man was arrested in Apple Valley for burglary and possession of burglary tools.

BURNSVILLE

FEB. 16

Arson. An 18-year-old Savage man was arrested for arson.

FEB. 21

Burglary. A 20-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for aggravated robbery.

FEB. 22

Theft. A 39-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Burnsville on multiple theft charges, a probation violation and possession of shoplifting gear.

EAGAN

FEB. 16

Theft. An Eagan woman reported the theft of her mail between Jan. 14 and Feb. 12 in the 1400 block of West Pond Road. Her driver's license and mortgage statement were recovered from a stolen car recovered in Coon Rapids.

Theft from vehicle. An Eagan man reported the theft of a laptop and cell phone from a vehicle in his driveway in the 4000 block of Stonebridge Drive.

FEB. 19

Prostitution. A 28-year-old Albertville woman was arrested for prostitution, a 38-year-old Otsego woman was arrested for receiving profits from prostitution and a 33-year-old Spokane, Wash., man was arrested for soliciting a prostitute in Eagan.

FEB. 21

Theft. A 32-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools and operating a commercial vehicle with a suspended license.

FEB. 22

Fraud. An Eagan man living in the 3800 block of Heather Drive reported being contacted by a bill-collection agency for a past-due balance on a credit card he never applied for.

Lost property. A man reported losing ice-fishing equipment from the back of his truck near the intersection of Dodd Road and Rolling Hills Drive, and when he backtracked he couldn't find any of the missing equipment.

Theft from vehicle. An iPod, chargers and stereo controller were reported stolen from a locked vehicle in the 1700 block of Meadowlark Road. No damage was reported done to the vehicle.

FARMINGTON

FEB. 14

Theft. A theft was reported in the 200 block of Elm Street.

FEB. 21

Theft. A 49-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft in Hastings.

FEB. 21

Theft. A 37-year-old Hastings woman was arrested for failing to pay taxes.

Burglary. A 22-year-old West St. Paul woman was arrested in Hastings for aggravated burglary and aiding an offender.

INVER GROVE HEIGHTS

Burglary. A 29-year-old Inver Grove Heights man was arrested for burglary.

Theft. A 40-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in Inver Grove Heights for having a stolen license plate and driving with a revoked license and false claim of insurance.

FEB. 18

Burglary. A 35-year-old White Bear Lake man was arrested in Inver Grove Heights for burglary, property damage and possession of burglary tools.

LAKEVILLE

FEB. 20

Assault. An 18-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and making terroristic threats.

MENDOTA HEIGHTS

FEB. 20

Weapons. A 23-year-old Eagan man was arrest in Mendota Heights for possession of a handgun without a permit and carrying a handgun while under the influence of alcohol.

ROSEMOUNT

FEB. 13

Shoplifting. A 28-year-old Rosemount man was arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 3784 150th St. W.

Shoplifting. An 18-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested for shoplifting at the Cub Foods, 3784 150th St. W.

Drug activity. A 27-year-old Maplewood man was arrested for drug possession near the intersection of 145th Street E. and Audrey Avenue.

SOUTH ST. PAUL

FEB. 13

Fire. Police responded to a possible arson on the 1600 block of Stickney Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a truck parked in front of the resident's home in flames. The resident told police he heard a noise that sounded like a gunshot and when he looked out his window, he saw that his truck was on fire. There were no suspects.

FEB. 14

Found property. A vehicle stolen on Feb. 12 from Royal Star Auto, 441 Villaume Av., was recovered. The vehicle was reported to have no damage and the keys were inside the car.

FEB. 17

Theft. A 43-year-old St. Paul man was arrested in South St. Paul for receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and property damage.

WEST ST. PAUL

FEB. 12

Theft, forgery. A check was stolen out of a resident's mailbox in the 1500 block of Christensen Avenue. The check was reported to be modified to $900 and was used at the Wal-Mart in Shakopee.

FEB. 14

Theft. A vehicle was stolen from the 1800 block of Oakdale Avenue during the night.

Weapons. A customer pulled a knife on a Sonic employee at 1701 Robert St. S. The customer left immediately after the incident, but employees reported that this customer has done this to other employees in the past.

FEB. 15

Theft. A woman was arrested for shoplifting $24.90 worth of items at Menards, 1445 S. Robert St. The woman had a previous shoplifting record at the Brooklyn Park Wal-Mart.

Stalking. A man pulled a knife on a female worker at the bus stop outside of the Burlington Coat Factory, 2035 S. Robert St. S. The woman said the man has been stalking her.

FEB. 17

Forgery. A 26-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for possessing a forged membership card in West St. Paul.
