A 32-year-old Rosemount man has been charged with child endangerment, neglect and other crimes after he allegedly showed his nephew how to roll marijuana "blunts" and got stoned with him, all in videos posted on the Internet.

Khari Tillman Sr. allegedly made four videos, including one titled "Free Class" in which he instructs his nephew how to make a "blunt" -- a hollowed cigar filled with marijuana.

In another called "Karma," he and the 15-year-old are getting stoned with a blunt.

In April, a Rosemount police officer and Dakota County child-protection worker went to the home, where they recognized the kitchen from the one in the videos.

Tillman told them that after his sister died, he had taken guardianship of his nephew to save him "from a life of drugs and crime," the complaint says.

It says that Tillman and the boy denied drug use or making the videos.

Tillman also was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and contributing to the need for child protection or services.
