A New Hope couple rented a storage locker in November, but now they can't get their stuff out.

Kent Dunder said he and his girlfriend stored three pieces of heavy furniture, tools and other items in a second-floor unit at Public Storage in Golden Valley. They wanted to move the items out in April, but the elevator was broken so the company didn't charge them for the April rent. The couple tried again in May, but the elevator was still broken. This time, however, Public Storage charged them for the space, plus a late fee for not paying on time, Dunder said. Dunder said a manager wouldn't call him back. He also did not respond to Whistle-blower. "We really just want our possessions," Dunder said. What would you do in this situation?
