Nobody is moving fast on westbound I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. The bumper to bumper conditions kick in at Cedar Avenue and persist past the 11th Street exit.
Look for stagnation on eastbound 94 from Broadway to 35W due to an earlier crash in the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That activity is on the right shoulder near Hennepin Avenue.
Southbound 35W also crams near Washington Avenue. Northbound loses steam from 42nd Street up to Franklin Avenue.
