It's a flurry of activity on the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 610 to University Avenue in Blaine. The ramp is now closed as responders deal with a rollover crash. A vehicle went off the ramp and early reports indicate it landed 150 feet off the road.
Traffic is starting to knot up on southbound 35E at County Road 96 in White Bear Lake. A crash on the right shoulder has brake lights coming on at County Road H2.
