6:20 a.m. update: Other Northstar trips ontime

A frozen switch in Elk River issue delayed the first inbound Northstar Commuter train to Minneapolis.

All other inbound trips will operate on time, said Metro Transit spokesman John Siqveland.

There are three more departures from the Big Lake Station. They are in 4 minutes, 6:51 a.m. and 7:21 a.m.

The first train this morning was running 30 minutes late due to the problem.
