A stalled vehicle that has been blocking the left lane on southbound 35E at Maryland Avenue has been towed away and all lanes are back open.
Lingering delays will slow the drive from Roselawn Avenue into downtown St. Paul. Still, it's a better drive than usual.
Elsewhere we have no real issues to talk about as traffic levels are light and roads are in decent condition. The only down side is the cold. Bundle up if you are taking public transit and have to stand on the corner or rail platfrom for any length of time.
