The activity on eastbound Crosstown resulted from a semi that struck debris at Penn Avenue. It's fuel tank is leaking gallons of fuel. That is creating just a minor slow down as the right shoulder is blocked.
Look for a stall on the ramp from eastbound Hwy. 36 to Rice Street in Little Canada.
Look for building levels of congestion on Hwy. 10 from Thurston Avenue over to Round Lake Blvd. in Coon Rapids. That's due to single lane road work in place.
Elsewhere things are still moving fairly well with no big delays or incidents of significance.
