St. Paul area motorists and pedestrians may experience delays as Phalen Boulevard remains closed between Mississippi Street N. and Olive Street until late Tuesday.
Previously scheduled to reopen June 8, the roadway will need to remain closed for further work related to water main installation as part of the I-35E Cayuga improvement project.
A posted detour will continue to direct motorists to use Mississippi Street N., University Avenue E., and Olive Street to bypass the closure. Area pedestrians are encouraged to use alternate routes
