A crash on eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has cleared, but word is that icy conditions persist on 94 in downtown Minneapolis.
Look for a crash blocking the left lane on southbound 280 at Como Avenue.
The right shoulder is blocked on southbound 35E at County Road 96.
Elsewhere, traffic remains slow on most major routes, but delays have decreased significantly. The problem now is roads icing over, so keep the speeds down.
Metro Transit says 64 percent of its buses are on time. Those running late are about 7 minutes or less behind schedule.
