7:15 a.m. update: Crash on Hwy. 13

A three-vehicle wreck is causing a backup on eastbound Hwy. 13 at Lynn Avenue. Delays begin at Hwy. 101.
Look for heavy traffic on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to Fairview Avenue. That's a drive taking 11 minutes.
