Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280 through Mounds View, New Brighton and Roseville.
Southbound 35E from Ash Street to 694 in White Bear Lake and Vadnais Heights
Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 in Bloomington. Speeds at 20 miles per hour.
