Speech: "Minnesota is counting on us to act courageously"

Steven Rosenstone, the new leader of Minnesota's system of public two-year colleges and four-year universities, marked his installation with a call for the schools to become "the highest-value, most affordable option in the state."

He promised to act courageously. He warned against inertia.
