The Coon Rapids Police Department has asked for the public's help in finding a 52-year-old man who is considered a vulnerable adult. Mark Anthony Reinhart left his residential facility on the evening of Sept. 10.
Reinhart, who has mental health issues, always wears a winter coat and stocking hat no matter what the temperature. He does not like to talk to or be around other people. He has not had contact with his family.
