As part of Lao-Hmong Recognition Day on Tuesday, which honors Lao-Hmong American veterans, members of St. Paul's Hmong community paraded from the Hayden Heights Recreation Center to the General Vang Pao Community Center. Capt. Xiong Yia led the parade.
