An 88-year-old man died Thursday afternoon after he was pulled from an indoor pool at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Golden Valley.
The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office responded about 4 p.m. to an emergency call at the center, which provides rehabilitation services as well as programs for people of all ages and abilities.
The man was pronounced dead at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. The Hennepin County medical examiner's office will release his name and the cause of death later.
