It's Valentine's Day. Just how romantic is your bedroom?

If you're like a lot of couples, electronics have made their way into your space and maybe between you and your spouse or partner.

Some experts say that TVs, computers, iPads and cell phones should be checked at the doorway because they distract from romance. But some say that watching favorite TV shows in bed together can provide a "bonding" experience.

A recent Shape and Men's Fitness survey found that mobile gadgets have had an impact on people's sex lives: "Fifty-one percent said couple-time in the digitial era feels less intimate than it used to. He's attached to his iPad, she's compulsively checking her cell."

Cupid's advice would be to keep electronics out of bedrooms. But real-world living makes that challenging.

What do you think? How do you strike a balance?
