Three Rooms closing

Planning to refresh your interiors for the new year? Local retailer Three Rooms is closing after 33 years in the Galleria and is holding a “Moving On” sale of discounted artwork, home accessories, lighting, textiles, jewelry and other handcrafted products made locally and globally. Chicken-keeping workshop

More city folk are growing their own veggies and raising chickens in their back yards. A workshop called “Keeping Chickens: The Chicken and the Egg,” will explain the best breeds and shelter design for an urban setting and where to buy and care for chickens, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, 3675 Arboretum Dr., Chaska.
