It's an alcohol-free event. Coolers are not allowed, but food and alcohol-free drinks will be available for purchase. the concert area opens at 6 p.m. Minnesota's own country-rock band Rocket Club starts the party at 7 p.m. and the Oak Ridge Boys will play from about 8:30 to 10 p.m. The fireworks start shortly after that.
