Regretting all of that Cyber Monday shopping? Then hopefully you're on the IRS's list.

On Wednesday the IRS announced that it is trying to deliver $153.3 million in undelivered tax refund checks to nearly 100,000 Americans who either moved or had an illegible or invalid address on their tax return.

Minnesota's share of that number is $1.04 million for 1,205 taxpayers, with an average refund amounting to $865. In Hennepin County, the IRS has $378,022 waiting for 392 taxpayer. In Ramsey County, it's $152,360 for 175 taxpayers.

What's the best way to guarantee delivery of your refund? The IRS suggests efiling to reduce the chances of lost tax returns in the mail and direct deposit to eliminate address issues.

If you think your refund is missing, use the “ Where’s My Refund?” tool on IRS.gov. A phone version of the tool is available by calling 1-800-829-1954.
