Another veteran of the Twin Cities club scene has made it onto NBC’s “The Voice.” Kat Perkins of the hard-rock band Scarlet Haze — a favorite in suburban bars and frequent local opener for Bret Michaels — has been out in Los Angeles in recent weeks filming for the show and can be seen taking a rave comment from Blake Shelton in a preview clip of the upcoming season.
