IVDesk, Minneapolis, named Kris Tufto chief revenue officer. Tufto was president and chief executive of Image Sensing Systems and held leadership positions at Code42, Jasc Software, Marketing Bridge and Cray Research.

Evine Live, Eden Prairie, named Penny Burnett chief merchandising officer. Burnett was vice president of merchandising for Global Brands Group and held leadership positions for Guggenheim Partners, Macy's and Target Corp.

Mairs & Power, St. Paul, named Robert Mairs general counsel and assistant to the chairman, effective summer 2015. Mairs is a principal at Gray Plant Mooty and is the grandson of the founder of Mairs & Power.
