Marco Inc., St. Cloud, has purchased Illinois Valley Business Equipment, a copier and printer company in Peru, Bloomington and Peoria, Ill. It is Marco's 11th acquisition in the past three years. The company now has 810 employees and 39 locations nationally.
SPS Commerce Inc., Minneapolis, acquired Leadtec Systems, a provider of cloud-based supply chain software in Australia and New Zealand. SPS paid $12.7 million in cash and $2.2 million in stock.
