Sensata Technologies, Almelo, the Netherlands, announced the acquisition of DeltaTech Controls, a maker of operator controls for construction, agriculture, motorbike and medical vehicles and equipment for $190 million. DeltaTech Controls is headquartered in Berlin but has a design and sales office in Shakopee.
