DEBT AND EQUITIES CenterPoint Energy Inc., Houston, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 20.75 cents per common share, payable March 8 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15.
Donaldson Co. Inc., Bloomington, declared a regular cash dividend of 10 cents per share, an increase from 9 cents, payable March 8 to shareholders of record on Feb. 15. As of Dec. 31, there were 146.6 million shares outstanding.
