Ecolab Inc., St. Paul, named Alex Blanco executive vice president and chief supply chain officer. Blanco previously worked for Procter & Gamble and most recently was vice president for the product supply global beauty sector.

Watkins Inc., Winona, named J.R. Rigley president, chief marketing officer. Rigley has been the vice president of sales & marketing since 2005. His previous experience includes working for Procter & Gamble and McCormick.

Rimage Corp., Edina, named Peter Shutte vice president of business development for Qumu, Rimage's enterprise video and digital publishing software business. Shutte's previous positions include Looxcie general manager, Sajan Inc. vice president and leading WebEx's enterprise sales group.

The Family Partnership, Minneapolis, named Michelle Edgerton vice president of development. Edgerton previously was development director and she currently serves on the board of directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Minnesota chapter.
