We may be seeing the first effects of construction at Hwy. 10 and County Road 96 as drivers are diverted to I-35W and 694.

Westbound 694 from Hwy. 61 over to Hwy. 252 is 25 minutes. Eastbound from 252 to Snelling is 21 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Hwy. 61 to 35W is 16 minutes.

Southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to 394 is 23 minutes. The same is true on southbound 494 from 94 to 394.

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280 is 21 minutes.

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 is 26 minutes.

Southbound 35E from 694 to 94 is 13 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to Crosstown is 11 minutes.

Northbound 35W from the Burnsville Split to Crosstown is 15 minutes.

We have a crash on westbound 94 at Dale Street. That is slowing traffic out of downtown St. Paul. Things bunch up again at the Mississippi River. Plan on 22 minutes there. Eastbound is moving better with 15 minutes needed.
