Dry weather, much of it enhanced by sunshine, will hold sway over California
as well as the Desert Southwest on Tuesday.
High pressure will promote a good deal of sunshine from the San Francisco Bay area and Central Valley south and east to the Mojave and Sonoran deserts, including Phoenix and Tucson.
Coastal clouds will spoil things somewhat in Southern California early Tuesday, then the afternoon should bring plentiful sunshine.
