Jill Gagner of Morris, Minn., writes:

I tend to read the "must read" lists in magazines such as People, Redbook, etc. If books sound of interest to me, I add them to a list I have called "Books I want to read." Then when I hit up a Barnes & Noble, I buy them and add them to my stack — which is down about four books from the 20 that was toppling over. I am currently reading "The Comfort of Lies" by Randy Susan Meyers.
