Hirdler, Troy Michael 11/07/1964 01/05/2023 Troy fought his battle with Lou Gehrig's Disease. Troy was born to Merle and Gail Hirdler on November 7, 1964, in Fort Hood, Texas. He grew up in East Bloomington, MN - not far from the old Metropolitan Stadium. He graduated from John F. Kennedy Sr. High in 1983, where he excelled at Football, Track, Weight-Lifting, and other extracurricular activities. After High School Troy received a 2-year Technical Degree as a Mechanical Engineer. For the past 8 years (along with his wife of 21 years, Kelly) Troy was raising his grandson, Preston. Preston was the joy of his life, and they spent countless hours playing football, basketball, soccer, baseball, and other activities together. He also enjoyed camping at White Elk lake every fall in Aitkin, MN with his closest friends Mike (HDH) Currence, Sean "Chili" Davis, and his brother, Jason. Troy is preceded in death by his mother Gail, grandparents Merle Sr (1st wife Dora) and Grace Hirdler, grandparents Carl and Hazel Grafelman, Uncle Lee (wife Carole) Grafelman. Survived by Father Merle (wife Judy) Hirdler, brothers James (Laurie), Jason (wife Nancy), Mitchell. He is also survived by his wife, Kelly, stepchildren Krystal and Nichole Hubers, and Grandchildren Preston, Mark, Makenzie, Corbin. Also, nieces Cheyenne Hirdler, Makala Shelton, nephew Dustin Auld, aunt Carol Bannister-Grafelman, cousins Rebecca, Ruth, Jesse, Glenn, Leslie, Charlie (Charlene).
