Frazier, Arthur Thornton Jr. was born August 16, 1932 in Fergus Falls, MN. He was the first of 7 children born to Arthur Frazier Sr. and Jean Pennick. The family moved to Minneapolis in 1947. He graduated from Vocational High School, attended college in Souix Falls, SD and then was drafted to the Korean War. Art later married Meredythe Wallace and had 6 children. Allen, Autumn, Shelleye, Leslie, Arthur and Kara. After the loss of his wife, Art remarried in 1986 to Wanda Flowers. Art had a long career at Tennant Company and retired in 1996. He spent years as a snowbird in Florida, enjoyed spending time with his family and listening to jazz music until his final days. He is survived by his children Autumn Frazier-Cotten (Mike), Shelleye Williamson (Tony) and Arthur Frazier Jr. (Anita); brother-in-law Charlie Wallace; step children Dorian Flowers, Troy Flowers and Dominga Wilson; grandchildren Shawna, Airy, Starsha, Dain, Brittany, Arthur, Julius, Jaccari and Nikki and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
