Anderson, Nancy Therese (Blake) passed away on June 30, 2021 in Napa, CA. She was born on November 20, 1948 in Minneapolis and is preceded in death by her parents, James E. Blake and Carol R. Blake (Callery), sister Cindy and brothers Jeff and David. She is survived by her children, Christina and Blake, siblings Jimmy (Nan), John, Joe and Barb (Frank) and nieces and nephews. She graduated from the U of MN with a BS in Clinical Laboratory Science and Biochemistry and had a career in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in hematology. She worked tirelessly for her patients and gave to those in need. Nancy loved making weekly salsa and cooking, especially pasta con asparagi for her kids. Her best days were spent in the sun by a pool, lake, or ocean, or sailing in the BVI while singing Jimmy Buffett songs, arms waving in the air to the beat of the music. She was known to wear visor hats, festive thematic earrings, sunglasses atop her head and cheaters around her neck. She was full of charisma and her personality was big, she lived big. Nancy was loved and will be missed. A memorial gathering will be held later. Memorials to hemophilia.org
