Rennix, Virginia L. Age 87 of Columbia Heights passed away November 11, 2019. Preceded in death by parents Harry and Mary Demos; brother Milton (June) Demos; and sister Addie (Dwight) Martin; brother in law Roger Johnson. Survived by husband of 66 years Lloyd; daughter Janet (Stephen) Fanelli; granddaughter Alyssa (James) Cavalier; great grandchildren Corban and Remi Cavalier; brother David Demos; sister Helen Johnson; and Miriam (Clarence) Bradley. Virginia was especially dedicated to her family. She was a patient loving mother and wonderful grandmother and great grandmother. She was very musically inclined and played both the violin and the piano. She was in the St. Anthony Civic Orchestra for 31 years. Also in the church choir and bell choir at Community United Methodist Church. She loved to read and did work as a secretary. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Community United Methodist Church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Funeral service 10:00 AM Friday, November 15 at Community United Methodist Church, 950 Gould Ave. N.E., Columbia Heights with visitation one half hour prior.
