Caesar, Vivian Lorraine (Bunders) 91 of Edina went to be with her Lord February 19, 2019. She was born April 19, 1927 in Fridley, MN to John & Emma Bunders. She graduated from Columbia Heights High School. On January 4, 1947 she married Clayton Caesar. They were married 47 years until his passing in 1994. She worked many years as a retail manager and was a former Mayor of Hilltop, MN. Vivian will be remembered for her great sense of humor, her generosity, love of the arts and commitment to serving others, as evident in the many organizations she was involved in. In retirement she and Clayton enjoyed traveling and spent winters in La Feria, TX where they were active with the Mexican Children's Refuge. Later in life Vivian became a Seventh Day Adventist & was active in The Edge Christian Worship Center. She was preceded in death by her Husband Clayton, her parents, brothers John and Donald Bunders, sisters Mildred Johnson and Lila McGinty, nephew John Bunders. She is survived by sons William J. Caesar (Mary Blackmore), Douglas Caesar (Jean), James Caesar (Laura), daughter Patti Caesar (Terry Garr), grandchildren Christopher Caesar (Jillian), Shanna Caesar, Justin Caesar (Holly), Jenny Beamish (Scott), Dina Chou (Jim Skoog), Jason Caesar, Carolyn Caesar, Patrick Chou (Katie), & William D. Caesar; great-grandchildren Jack and Max Collins, James, Eleanor, Roselyn, Lucy, Olivia, Grace Caesar, Jackson and Mason Beamish, and Fredrik Skoog, and nieces and nephews. VISITATION: Sunday March 24 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00pm MEMORIAL SERVICE at The Edge Christian Worship Center, 4707 Edinbrook Terrace N, Brooklyn Park, MN.
