According to @3rdintermission on Twitter, Barry Brust is playing hurt after a first-period injury for Houston. His backup tonight is Jeff Crawford, the Aeros' assistant equipment trainer.
Why is Anton Khudobin not there? Because he's on his way to Minnesota, I've confirmed, meaning Niklas Backstrom and Josh Harding are both likely out tomorrow night. It also may mean Wade Dubielewicz doesn't get the chance to redeem himself from Tuesday's rocky outing. If Khudobin plays, it'd be his NHL debut.
Stensaas will cover the morning skate Thursday, so he'll update you afterward. I've got the game Thursday night.
