The Vikings stadium bill, released Friday, is 89 pages long.

The stadium would be built on the Metrodome site in downtown Minneapolis. The Vikings would contribute $427 million toward construction costs, the state $398 million. Minneapolis would give $150 million upfront and share ongoing costs with the team.

Hearings on the $975 million project are to begin this week.
