PricewaterhouseCoopers named David Buschko director for the firm's state and local tax practice in Minneapolis. Buschko has worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers' Florida and Ohio offices.

Gage, Plymouth, named Michael Sichmeller vice president, customer experience design. Sichmeller joined Gage in 2010 as a user experience architect and was later promoted to director of customer experience. He worked for Page10 as director of user experience and U.S. Bank as a lead information architect.

Qumu, Edina, named David Yockelson vice president of product marketing. Yockelson has worked in senior strategy and product marketing leadership roles at IBM and worked for the Meta Group.

Gopher Resource, Eagan, named Wayne Hale chief operating officer. Hale was president of the upstream primary metals division for Noranda Aluminum Holding Corp. Gopher Resource also named Chris Swanberg vice president of environmental, health and safety. Swanberg was a senior vice president for CVR Energy and has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental, health and safety field.

Safe Reflections, Oakdale, named Cedra Garcia global account manager. Garcia was global account manager for Texon International Group and is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Lisa Franxman president of the Farmington location. Franxman was a vice president at First National Bank and previously worked for Anchor Bank for 14 years. She is on the board of the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce and part of a local Grow Minnesota committee.

Founders Properties, Minnetonka, named Andy Finn vice president of acquisitions and investments. Finn was vice president of capital markets at Ryan Cos. and has worked for L&L Holding Co. in New York. He serves on the board for Jewish Family and Children's Service of Minneapolis.

Carlson Commercial, Eagan, named Tim Olson vice president. Olson was an associate vice president for Cassidy Turley and has worked for Welsh Cos.

Re/Max Results, Eden Prairie, named Brooke Wolford director of recruiting. Wolford was a real estate agent at Edina Realty and Coldwell Banker Burnet. She is a member of the Minnesota Association of Realtors government affairs committee.

Minnesota Public Radio named Ivan Fong to its board of trustees. Fong is the senior vice president of legal affairs and general counsel at 3M and serves on the board for Equal Justice Works.
