Preview: The Spurs (28-11) have lost three of five after Friday's 101-98 overtime loss at Memphis. But they have won their past 11 home games and are 15-2 overall there this season, with their only losses coming to the Knicks and the Clippers within four days of each other in November. Their .882 home winning percentage is the best in the league. ... This is the first of four games between the teams this season. The Wolves last year won a season series (2-1) with the Spurs for the first time in 11 seasons, since 1999-2000. The Wolves have lost 15 consecutive games in San Antonio over nine seasons, dating to January 2004.
Players to watch: The Spurs' Tim Duncan-Tony Parker-Manu Ginobili trio has won 448 games, fifth all time in NBA history. Larry Bird, Kevin McHale and Robert Parish won 540 games for Boston, and Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Michael Cooper won 490 games for the Lakers. Those are the Nos. 1-2 "Big Threes" of all time.
Injuries: Wolves G J.J. Barea (back) has missed two games, and it's not known whether he will rejoin the team in time. F Lazar Hayward didn't practice Saturday after missing Friday's game because he was ill and is questionable. F Kevin Love (broken hand), F Chase Budinger (knee surgery), G Brandon Roy (knee surgery), G Malcolm Lee (knee) all are out. The Spurs report no injuries.
