'CHRISTMAS ON THE RANCH, A COWBOY MUSICAL!'

Continuing: This new holiday show moves Troupe America out of the church basement and onto the open range. The Christmas Eve setting for this country twanger is a bunkhouse at the Lazy Melody Ranch in the North Dakota Badlands. Monica Heuser, best known for portraying country star Patsy Cline at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres and elsewhere, plays the ranch owner. The band Tree Party portrays her Bunkhouse Boys. Tim Drake, long known for his Pastor Gunderson in "Church Basement Ladies," is a cowboy best skilled at spittoon spitting.(1 p.m. Wed., 1 & 7:30 p.m. Thu.-Fri., 3 & 7:30 p.m. Sat., 2 p.m. Sun.; also 7:30 p.m. Dec. 31.
