    The Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board totaled up the spending on Minnesota lobbying. Here are the top 10 spenders and the amount they spent to influence policy:

    Minnesota Chamber of Commerce $2 million

    Education Minnesota $1.04 million

    Minnesota Business Partnership Inc. $880,000

    Minnesota AFL-CIO $860,000

    Minneapolis Radiation Oncology Physicians $640,000

    Minnesota Indian Gaming Association $627,000

    Coalition of Minnesota Businesses Inc. $620,000

    League of Minnesota Cities $620,000

    Minnesota Vikings Football Club $610,000

    Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe $575,000 Indians-Corporate Commission

    For the first year, in 2012 groups reported spending to influence Minnesota Public Utilities Commission lobbying separate from other influence efforts. Here are the top five spenders on utility lobbying:

    Xcel Energy Services Inc $790,443

    Minnesota Energy Resources Corp $420,646

    ITC Holdings Corp $320,000

    Minnesota Chamber of Commerce $200,000

    Enbridge Energy Partners LP $100,000
