Hara, Brian Richard age 31, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, February 22, 2019. He was born March 1, 1987 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated from Totino-Grace High School in 2005 and went on to receive a BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison Business School where he graduated in 2009 with distinction. He cofounded Blackhawk Investment Group, a commercial real estate company with offices in the Twin Cities and Chicago. His relentless work ethic built the business to its successful present state. He was a charismatic, selfless and generous person with many wonderful friends who will greatly miss him. He will be forever loved and remembered by his parents, Jim and Theresa Hara, siblings, Taylor, Rachel and Tom Maher, Michael and Christina Hara, nephew, Jack, niece, Penny, grandparents, Richard and Harriet Hara and Joanne (Zaccardi) Jensen and the true love of his life, Rachel Shern. He made a lifelong imprint on all those he met and will never be forgotten. The visitation will be held Wednesday, February 27 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Holcomb Henry Boom Purcell Funeral Home located at 515 W Hwy 96, Shoreview, MN 55126. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM at St. Odilia Church, 3495 N. Victoria, Shoreview, MN 55126 on Thursday, February 28th with reviewal from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by lunch at noon.
