A woman was shot while driving on I-94 early Sunday morning but is expected to survive, according to the Minneapolis Police Department.
At 2:28 a.m. Sunday, an adult female was driving in a vehicle with five other adults, traveling west on I-94 near Broadway Av. W.
An unknown suspect in another vehicle fired shots, striking the woman, who pulled her car over at 42nd Av. North, said Catherine Michal of the Minneapolis Police Department.
The victim was initially said to be in critical condition. As of noon Sunday, she was expected to survive, Michal said.
