The Twins won a surprising, perhaps even stunning $12.85 million bid for 29-year-old Korean first baseman/DH Byung-ho Park on Monday morning. Many Twins fans looked at it and thought:

Wait, don't the Twins already have a logjam at the corner infield/DH positions?

Yes they do. With Miguel Sano, Trevor Plouffe, Joe Mauer and possibly Kennys Vargas already in the mix, something has to give if Park is indeed signed.

That could mean some creative position switches. That could mean a trade. Right now, it means interest and intrigue.
